Jin Kobayashi (小林尽 Kobayashi Jin?, born May 25, 1977 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese manga artist. His most famous work so far is School Rumble, which ran in Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 2002 to 2008. His second serial manga, Natsu no Arashi!, began running at Square Enix's Gangan Wing in 2006.

He began drawing manga seriously during his college years, and won the Weekly Shōnen Magazine's Rookie Award in 2001, allowing him to serialize School Rumble.

He has made some cameo appearances in the anime adaptation School Rumble, supplying the voice of Sailor F in two episodes of the first season, and being the narrator of the prehistoric segment in the first OVA, School Rumble - First Term Extra.
